Refund and Return Policy

At Al Safa Plus, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used products

  • Opened personal care items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items returned after the return period

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer where applicable.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered by Al Safa Plus. Otherwise, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
